Special THANKS to Marieke Van Der Velden

CPAWS-OV would like to send out a special THANK YOU to Marieke Van Der Velden, who was a devoted member of our Outreach Committee and Board of Directors until the end of December. She recently moved to British Columbia to pursue her career aspirations and other adventures, and her presence at CPAWS-OV will be dearly missed.

Marieke spearheaded our website makeovers (twice!), assisted with volunteer recruitment and coordination, helped plan events with the Outreach Committee, and provided support and supervision to CPAWS-OV's first two groups of Outreach interns.

We all wish Marieke the best of luck for this exciting new chapter in her life!
